This role is for an early-career backend developer who wants to understand how software decisions connect to product behaviour and real operations.
The work
You may contribute to new products, integrations, modernization programs, internal platforms, or AI-enabled workflows. The exact technology depends on the system, but the engineering standard stays consistent: understandable code, explicit contracts, useful tests, and observable behaviour.
You do not need experience in every listed language. You need working knowledge of at least one of Java, Python, TypeScript, or Go, plus the ability to learn within a reviewed delivery process.
